environmental management system
Establishment of an environmental organization
We will establish and maintain environmental management at each business site with a focus on reducing CO2 emissions, and promote environmental activities such as energy conservation, resource conservation, and waste reduction. Managers at each business site hold regular meetings to share information such as the status of activities, issues, and future policies, and promote cross-departmental activities. Additionally, we conduct an internal environmental audit every year to identify problems and make improvements.

We promote environmental activities based on ISO14001 Environmental Management System (EMS). We will continue to implement the EMS PDCA cycle, efficiently introduce EMS, and strive to reduce the burden of business activities. Organizational Status Our management team (executive officers) reviews our environmental activities and results every year. In addition, environmental managers from business sites across the country meet twice a year to exchange opinions and discuss initiatives at each business site. We work with companies to promote improvements, such as checking the progress of environmental goals, sharing outstanding initiatives, and discussing future initiatives.
